PRIVATE-CLIENT ADMISSIONS
A considered application.
A clear answer.
PrivacyPyramid is designed for individuals and families with a complex public footprint. Admission is considered individually and depends on the fit between the requested work and the service we can provide.
Begin with a conversation.
The inquiry form asks only for a name, reply email, the person or group you are inquiring for, and a brief outline of your concerns. Submitting it does not enroll you, create legal representation, or guarantee an invitation or acceptance.
Please do not send identity documents or detailed matching information in this first message. Any further intake requirements and an appropriate way to provide them will be explained separately.
What makes an application complete?
If we proceed to an application, we provide a written list of the information needed to assess your request. This includes the proposed scope, the people to be covered, the relevant residence or jurisdiction, and authority to apply or act for each person.
An application is complete when all information on that list has been received. A reviewer confirms the completion date and the decision due date in writing. An initial inquiry is not a completed application.
A decision within 30 calendar days.
Every completed application receives a written acceptance or denial within 30 calendar days.
The period begins on the date the required application information is received in full. We communicate the decision to the applicant or authorized representative using their agreed contact address.
If accepted, the written offer sets out scope, availability, fees, responsibilities, and the next steps. Work begins only after the necessary agreement and individual authority are in place. A denial closes that application without creating a service commitment.
The basis for selection.
We consider the requested scope, whether the work is lawful and within our capabilities, the authority provided, any conflicts, and our capacity to deliver the agreed service.
Our intended private-client focus includes high net worth individuals, executives, public and political figures, entertainment personalities, families, and family offices.
